If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered or have been delivered damaged, Fancy Pants shall, at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
In no circumstances shall the liability of Fancy Pants to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

REFUND:
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the articles should fulfill the following conditions:
a) The article should be in the original perfect condition, unworn and unwashed.
b) The article should be in the original packaging.

Costs for returning the articles, or costs related to the financial transaction, are at the expense of the customer. Damage or loss during transport from the client to Fancy Pants are likewise at the expense of the client.
